1. Data We Collect

The uChecker service collects the following personal data when users interact with the Telegram bot @uchecker_bot and the web interface:

Telegram ID and username
Email address and password when registering via the web interface
Email lists uploaded by the user for validation
Payment history and credit balance
Technical data: IP address, User-Agent, Google Tag Manager events

2. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes: providing email validation services, allocating credits after payment, providing technical support to users, and improving the quality of the Service. Uploaded email lists are used exclusively to return validation results to the user and are neither sold nor disclosed to third parties.

3. Retention Periods

Uploaded email lists and validation results are retained for 30 days after the completion of a task, after which they are automatically deleted. Account data (Telegram ID, credit balance, payment history) is retained until the account is deleted at the user's request.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Service does not disclose users' personal data to third parties, except to: payment systems (for processing transactions), Telegram (the platform used to interact with the bot), and web analytics services (Google Tag Manager). All third parties receiving access to data are obligated to maintain confidentiality.

5. User Rights

In accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, users have the right to:

Obtain information about the processing of their personal data
Request rectification, restriction, or deletion of data
Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
Delete their account and associated data

6. Cookies and Analytics

The uChecker website uses cookies and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymized traffic statistics and improve the Service. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings; however, certain Service features may not function correctly as a result.
