Terms of Service

This edition is effective as of January 1, 2026

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer from the uChecker service (hereinafter — the "Service"), available at https://uchecker.net. Use of the Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms set forth in this offer.

2. Subject Matter

The Service provides the user with email address validation services, including syntax checking, domain DNS record verification, mailbox existence confirmation, and spam-trap list screening. Services are delivered via the Telegram bot @uchecker_bot and the web interface at app.uchecker.net.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are determined by the tariffs published on the Service website in the "Service Access Pricing" section. Payment is made in Russian rubles through the payment systems indicated in the Telegram bot. Email validation credits are allocated to the user's account upon payment confirmation.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The user agrees not to use the Service for sending spam, unlawful mailings, or any other actions contrary to applicable law. The Service undertakes to process uploaded email lists solely for the purposes of validation and not to disclose such data to third parties.

5. Refunds

Unused validation credits may be refunded upon the user's request within 14 days of payment. Requests must be submitted to the support team via Telegram @goodsam911.

6. Final Provisions

The Service reserves the right to amend this offer with prior notice to the user. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement can be reached, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
